Only 3 people in the world know our recipe. Our aging process creates a product that can't be replicated, even by other hierbas liqueur producers.
We're disrupting the $6.5B craft liqueur and aperitif category with a more versatile alternative to Aperol - one that works neat, mixed, or as a shot, driving faster bottle consumption and premium pricing.
Most awarded hierbas (a 500-year-old herbal liqueur from Ibiza) in the world (30+ international honors) now scaling across 9 countries with 40+ partnerships at the Four Seasons and Michelin-rated venues.
Most people have never heard of hierbas. That’s about to change.
This 500-year-old Spanish herbal liqueur from Ibiza was originally distilled by monks and remained virtually unknown outside the Balearic Islands – until now.
Basbas isn’t just entering the premium spirits market. We’re creating an entirely new category within it.
Made from more than a dozen wild herbs including wild rosemary, star anise, sage, and citrus, our secret recipe is known to only three people in the world.
Our aging process creates something completely unique: a 25% ABV spirit that’s sweet but not too sweet, herbaceous but not bitter, like Aperol or Fernet Branca.
The first three revenue streams are currently our primary drivers, with roughly equal contribution projected. Export distribution is scaling rapidly following our recent European launch, and licensing represents significant future upside as we develop our brand home concept in Ibiza and partnerships in Asia.
We are projecting full profitability by Q4 2025. That’s the power of building a luxury brand with authentic differentiation rather than trying to compete on price in a crowded market.

We’re building Basbas with an exit in mind – likely through acquisition. We’ve already had early conversations with people who’ve been through this before – former execs at Diageo, Moët Hennessy, Pernod Ricard, and others.
The spirits industry has a long track record of strategic acquisitions, especially in emerging or underdeveloped categories. We’re one of the only premium hierbas brands on the market – and the only one positioned for international scale. We believe it gives future acquirers a clean bolt-on brand with real differentiation.
Our goal is a $100M exit by 2030. That’s not a promise – it’s the direction we’re steering toward, with every decision made to support that outcome.
